5 pounds hamburger meat
10 tablespoons chili powder
6 teaspoons cumin
8 teaspoons garlic powder
7 teaspoons oregano
6 teaspoons onion salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
Tomato Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger meat, then drain well. Add the remaining ingredients to the meat. Now add tomato juice. Use as many cans as you wish to the thickness you desire. Stir, stir, stir.

I usually cook this one day and let it set overnite in the refrigerator. The next day I skim off any remaining fat and reheat. Yummy! Freezes well.
