2 cups shortening
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 cups oatmeal
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large package chocolate chips or butterscotch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, sugars, eggs and cream well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add oatmeal, vanilla and chocolate chips (or butterscotch). Place by tsp. on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
