1 pkg. chocolate brownie mix, plus ingregients to
prepare
1 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding
mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 containers (8oz. each) Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. confectioners sugar
toffee bits, or other topping

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownie mix, according to pkg. directions for 9x13" pan. Bake and set aside to cool. Prepare pudding mix according to pkg. directions. Combine cream cheese, 1 container (2 cups) Cool Whip, & powdered sugar in medium bowl, set aside. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over baked brownie. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture. Spread 1 container Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle toffee bits, or other topping over Cool Whip. Refrigerate until time to serve.
