2 c shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 c milk
2 large eggs (well beaten)
1 10 oz package frozen spinach (cooked and drained well)
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cheese with flour in a large bowl. Add spinach, milk, eggs and mix. Season as desired.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 , for one hour.
Cool slighlty and serve.
