Mix:
cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups chopped cranberries
2 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, ect.)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients
Can use Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans
Spray pans with PAM and sugar them
Bake 325 for 1 hour and then 350 for 15 minutes or less to brown
