3 large egg yolks
1/2 cup Key lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust.
Garnish: whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk egg yolks until blended and add Key lime juice. Add condensed milk, vanilla, & salt, whisking until blended. Pour mixture into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack & chill until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Servings: 8
