3 lb. chicken
1/2 cup butter (melted)
3 c. cornflakes ( 1 c. crushed)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 325 in greased pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dip in melted butter, then roll in crushed cornflakes. Bake for 1 hour.
