"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 1 c. milk
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter or shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks crumbly. Stir in the milk and mix only enough to blend. Drop from spoon on greased pan. Bake 10 - 12 minutes in very hot oven(400º).
Have used this recipe baked on top of diced chicken in gravy-worked well.
