1-15 oz. box raisin bran cereal 4 cups flour 3 cups white sugar 5 tsp. soda 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 cup salad oil 1 qt. buttermilk 1 cup nuts (optional)
In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, then add eggs, oil & buttermilk. Fold in cereal last. Batter will keep in refrigerator for weeks. Bake as you need them. Bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
