10lbs hash browned potatoes, 5 10 3/4oz cream of mushroom soup, 2 1/2 - 3 cans milk, 5 cups sour cream, 5 cups cheddar cheese grated, 1 1/4 cup grated onion, salt and pepper to taste.

Topping: 2 sticks butter, 3 3/4 cup cornflakes.

Thaw frozen potatoes and mix all ingredients together in large dutch oven. Make topping and put on top of potatoes. Cook in Dutch Oven for 30 - 45 minutes or until bubbly.
