3 Cups flour, 2 Tbs sugar, 1 tsp baking powder,
1 teas salt, 4 cups milk, 4 Tbs melted butter,
1 teas vanilla, 4 eggs beaten.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a wire whisk. Heat crepe pan, butter pan and pour 1/4 Cup mixture onto pan and cook and flip.

Filling:
Any type of fruit
Whip Cream
Cinnamon and Sugar
Powdered Sugar and Maple Syrup
