6 Potatoes diced, 2 Cups celery, 1 Cup chopped onions, 6 Cans clams (1 large can from CostCo),
1 Can corn (opt.), 1 Cup diced carrots (opt.),
cornstarch, 1 1/2 Quarts half and half, salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clam juice into a pot, add potatoes, celery, carrots, and onion. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour half and half into pot. Add cornstarch to thicken, (follow directions on box), Salt and pepper to taste. Thicken and add corn and clams. Heat and simmer.
