6 - 8 Potatoes peeled and diced, 4 Tbs of butter, 4 Tbs flour, 4 Cups milk, 2 Tbs chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste, 1 Cup grated cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender and drain. Melt butter in sauce pan add flour and make a smooth paste. Add milk and cook on low heat. Add onions, salt, pepper and cheese. Pour sauce over potatoes. If to thick add more milk and warm on low heat.
