1 whole bag baby spinach
1 whole bag roman lettuce
1 red onion chopped
1 pkg mushrooms sliced
1/2 lbs grated swiss cheese
12 slices of bacon crumbled

Dressing:
3/4 Tbs poppy seeds
1/3 Cup red wine vinegar
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/3 Cup Sugar
3/4 Tbs red onion diced
3/4 tsp salt

Mix above well and serve on the side
