2lbs. frozen southern style hash browns
1/2tsp. salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2c. sour cream
2c. grated cheddar cheese
buttered bread crumbs
1 large onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melted margarine and bread crumbs. Defrost potatoes. Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. (9X13). Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 about 45 minutes.
