1 lb boneless beef top round steak 2 tsp margarine 6 green onions sliced 1 can beef gravy 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/3 cup sour cream 4 cups egg noodles
slice beef into thin strips. In med skillet over medium/high heat, heat half the margarine. Add beef in 2 batches an cook until browned, stirring often. set beef aside. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining margarine an onion cook till tender. Add gravy an pepper heat through reduce heat to low stir in sour cream return beef to pan an heat through serve over noodles.
