1 egg white
5 c walnuts or pecan halves
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 15 x 10 baking pan. In a large bowl beat egg white and 1 tsp water. Add nuts and toss to coat. In small bowl combine sugar and spices and 1/2 tsp salt. Sprinkle over nut halves and toss to coat. Spread in baking pan. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
