4 T. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. candied fruit, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. sugar

Cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and lemon peel, beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder & salt, add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating until smooth. Stir in berries, fruits & nuts. Pour into greased & floured 9x5x4" loaf pan. Bake at 350, 55-65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan, cool. Combine lemon juice & 2 T. sugar; spoon over the top.
