2 medium potatoes with skins; thinly sliced
1/2 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 cup rice, uncooked
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef with sprinkle of garlic powder
1 can red kidney beans with liquid
1 can tomato soup

Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Throw it all in a casserole pot and salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Can substitute lentils for kidney beans and lean ground turkey for the ground beef.
