4 boneless pork chops 2 cans of Mushroom soup 1 cup water 1 cup milk salt & pepper to taste 1 tbsp oil
Preheat oven to 375º. In large skillet brown both sides of pork chops. Spray baking dish with a non stick spray. In a med. bowl mix soup, milk and water. Add salt and pepper. Place pork chops in baking dish and cover with soup/milk/water mixture. Bake 45 min or until meat is tender.
