4 Chicken Breasts
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms washed
1 med green pepper sliced
4 tsps butter
4 slices provolone cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. In a baking pan spray with a non stick spray. Place chicken breast in pan, add 4 tbsps butter and bake for 30 min.

In a medium skillet saute onions, mushrooms and green peppers until tender.

After chicken is cooked, layer saute vegetables from above and add a piece of provolone cheese over each breast and bake until cheese melts.
