Ingredients:  
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups wild rice cooked (or substitute 2 cups Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice Original recipe cooked)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional additions: slivered almonds or water chestnuts sliced thin.

Directions:
Chop chicken in bite size pieces. Mix mushroom soup & milk and pour over the rice & chicken in a square baking dish. Add the additional ingredients and cover with aluminum foil & bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6
