6 boneless pork loin chops
1 T. vegetable oil
c. water
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. chopped onion
2 T. ketchup
2 T. flour
c. water
c. sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on broth sides. Combine the water, brown sugar, onion and ketchup. Add to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-29 min. or until the meant juices run clean
Remove chops and keep warm. Combine flour and cold water until smooth. Stir into skillet. Bring to a boil, cook and stir ifor 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from the heat, stir in sour cream. Serve with pork chops.
Yield: 6 servings.
