2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter (softened)
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 eggs
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
nuts, maraschino cheeries

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 stick of the butter and mix with the Graham Cracker crumbs. Lay this mixture on the bottomof a 9x13 pam sprayed pan.
Mix remainder of butter,conf sugar and eggs for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Spread this mixture over crumbs(carefully)
Chill for 1/2 hour.
Spread pineapple(drained) over mixture and then the sliced bananas over that.
Top with Cool Whip, optional nuts and cheeries.
Chill overnight.

Although I haven't made this recipe for awhile, it is one of my favorites. It is a great recipe for a large crowd. Easy, fast and yet it makes a great presentation.
