2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs
1 pkg. crackers
1 medium onion
2 pieces garlic
5 oz. chopped olives
salt
pepper

Sauce
1 large can tomato juice
2 medium cans tomato sauce
1 qt. water
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp basil
2 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Make meatballs mixing above ingredients. Brown in frying pan. Put in spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 2 hours.
