BOIL SLOWLY WITHOUT STIRRING UNTIL SYRUP SPINS A THREAD, (SUGAR WATER CRM TARTER)
BEAT EGG WHITES STIFF WHILE SYRUP IS COOKING, POUR HOT SYRUP OVER EGG WHITES SLOWLY, BEATING CONSTANTLY. ADD VANILLA.
