1 1/2 cup pasta Penne or bowtie
1 pkg fresh spinach leaves
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cup up in bite size pieces
1 tsp basil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup black olives, sliced in half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta. Add fresh spinach to boiling water the last minute of cooking.

Cook and stir chicken and basil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes. Add sauce and tomatoes; bring to boil. Simmer 3 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in cheese.

Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture, black olives and cheese. Spoon into 2 qt baking dish.

Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 3 min.
