1 ¾ C FLOUR 1 ½ C SUGAR 1 TSP BAKING SODA ½ TSP SALT 2 EGGS 1 C MASHED BANANAS (2-3 RIPE BANANAS) ½ C VEG. OIL ¼ C PLUS 1T BUTTERMILK 1 TSP VANILLA OPT.NUTS 1 CUP
IN LARGE BOWL STIR DRY INGREDIENTS ADD THE OTHER ITEMS.STIR UNTIL MOISTENED. POUR INTO GREASED PANS, I MAKE 2 LOAFS. BAKE 325 FOR 1 HOUR 20 MIN. OR UNTIL BREAD TEST DONE. COOL FOR 10 MIN. BEFORE REMOVING FROM THE PAN.
