1 lb ground chuck
1 lb bulk sausage
1 lb velvetta cheese
2 loaves of party rye bread
1 tsp garlic salt
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown both meats together. Drain completely. Add velvetta cheese and garlic salt. After cheese has melted spread on bread and bake in oven 6-8 min.Be careful not to burn. Top with Parmesan cheese.

You can freeze these for later. Just spread meat mixture on rye bread and place on a cookie sheet and place in freezers. Once frozen, place in freezer bags and bring out when ready.
