1 head of lettuce or pkg of salad greens
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 med. tomatoes -diced
1 lb bacon cooked and cut into small pieces
1 pkg frozen peas
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large glass bowl place salad greens, carrot's, celery, green onions, tomatoes, bacon pieces and peas in a layer. Spread mayonnaise over the top and top with the shredded cheese.
