2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
3 C cubed Potatoes
2 C sliced Carrots
1 lg Onion, sliced
1 C Celery, cut-up
15 oz can Tomato Sauce
15 oz can Water
4 T Tapioca
1 T Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients together and mix it up. Put it in a covered roasting pan. Bake at 250 for 5 hours. Do not uncover, while baking.
