3 Golden Delicious Apples 3 Braeburn Apples 2 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1/3 C Water
Peel, core, and slice the apples. Put in pot with sugar, cinnamon, and water. Cook over stove on medium to low heat for 20 minutes or until the apples are soft and falling apart, to desired consistency.
Enjoy hot over vanilla ice cream or cottage cheese.
