2 - 4 oz fish fillets
1 - Anaheim Pepper
1 - Jalapeņo Pepper
1/2 - small onion
1 - clove garlic (crushed)
1 - Avocado
Flour tortillas
red taco sauce
sour cream
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish fillets into small 1/2" strips. Chop peppers and onions to desired size.

Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat and cook fish until opaque in the center. Set the fish aside.

Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat and cook peppers, onion, and garlic until the onion is tender. Add fish and cook together for 1 minute.

Serve in warm tortillas with sour cream, sliced avocado, and taco sauce.

This is a quick an easy taco recipe. I generally use Tilapia fillets for this recipe, but have also used Salmon. These tacos also go well with the Chipotle salsa recipe that I have included.
