8 Peeled apples
4 Cinnamon Sticks
1 1/2 C Brown Sugar
2 Deep Dish Pie Crust
Nutmeg
1/2 C Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover apple peels with water, 4 cinnamon sticks and brown sugar. Simmer about 20 minutes. Put one pie crust in bottom of long pan and bake 10-15 minutes (until it's brown). Add sliced apples. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Pour syrup from peels over apples. Dot with butter. Cover with other pie crust. Put a hole (size of nickel) in middle and seal crust on sides. Put fork holes all around the top. Bake at 400 for 60 minutes until it is brown.
