1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed and butterflied
1/2 c butter
1/4 c olive oil
1 tbsp parsley chopped
3/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
6 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter add everything except shrimp. Place shrimp in single layer in shallow baking pan and when butter sauce comes to a boil, pour sauce over shrimp. Bake in preheated 450 oven for 5 minutes, then broil 5 minutes.

I actually broil and serve in individual dishes like Red Lobster does.
