Ingredients:  
2 slabs pork spareribs(3-4 # each)
1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp ground black pepper;
1 onion sliced;
1 jar(16oz)Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce or any brand you like

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper both sides of ribs;Cut into serving portions and cook under broiler for 15 minutes until brown;Put sliced onion in stone ware and place ribs on top of them; pour BBQ sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours---HIGH 4-5 hours
