2 large green zucchini-sliced thinly
1 med yellow zucchini-sliced thinly
1 large tomato chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large saute pan and add garlic. Slowly add the zucchinis and mushrooms. Add the tomato and heat thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.
