4 large ripe tomatoes-insides scooped out
1 pkg frozen spinach-thawed
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves-chopped finely
1 cup Velvetta Cheese-cut up in cubes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat Oven 350. IN large bowl place all the ingredients except tomatoes and mix. Place mixture inside tomatoes and bake for 30 min.
