Cheddar cheese soup 1 can;
Can or jar of mushrooms;
1-2 onions chopped;
1 can tomato sauce;
1/2 tsp oregano and basil;
1 chuck roast 1-2#

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish or pan;
place chuck roast in pan and cover with chopped onions, cheddar cheese soup, mushrooms, tomato sauce and seasonings; Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 3-4 hours
