1 1/2 t. salt;
2 T low calorie brown sugar blend;
2 T fat-free dry milk;
1/4 c finely chopped raw walnuts;
2 3/4 c whole-wheat flour;
1 1/2 tsp dried orange peel;
1/3 c pumpkin seeds;
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Let yeast work according to pkg directions; combine all ingredients and knead with mixer 10 minutes once yeast has been added.Let rise covered in warm oven having a bowl of warm water in it for about 20-30 minutes. Bake 350 in sprayed loaf pan for 40-50 minutes
