2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. flour (level)
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and flour in saucepan, making sure there are no lumps. Add milk slowly as mixture heats. Add butter. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and add vanilla.
