2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 soup can milk or 1/2 c. half and half
cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix
1 stack saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
seasoning salt to taste (dash)

Directions:
Cut up and blanch broccoli. Put in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Cover broccoli with the cooked and chopped chicken or turkey. Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and milk. Pour over meat. Sprinkle the cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix on top. Combine the crushed crackers, butter and seasoning salt. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes uncovered or until hot and bubbly.
