2 c chicken broth 2 c grated zucchini 2 tbsp butter 1 small onion 1 small potatoe 1/2 c celery 1/2 c carrots Salt and pepper to taste 1 bunch fresh parsley or 1 tbsp dry parsley 1/4 tsp of seasoned salt
Put all ingredients into 2 qt. pot. Simmer until vegetables are soft. Serve with bread or crackers & cheese
