16 oz pkg of Oreo Cookies
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
4 tsp Butter
12 oz Cool Whip
8 oz instant Vanilla Pudding
3 C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cookies coarsely. Spread half the cookies in the bottom of 9 x 13" baking dish as the crust. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and cool whip with mixer and set aside. Mix pudding, milk, and vanilla in separate bowl until thick. Stir together two mixtures and spread over cookie crust. Top with remaining cookies. Chill over night.

This is another one of those recipes with "warm fuzzy" good memories connected to it. It shows up without fail at the annual Siebel family reunion. And you're lucky to get any of it by the time you're ready for dessert, because the kids have already cleaned it out! A great crowd-pleaser! Make extra!
