1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
2 pounds Tilapia Filets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiler pan or line pan with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice. Add the basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt - set aside.

Arrange filets in a single layer on pan and broil a few inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip and broils a couple minutes more. Remove filets from oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side.
Broil for 2 more minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook or fish will be dry.

Cut the center vein out of the Tilapia to remove the fishy flavor.
