2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, chopped or powder
3 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans sliced potatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and garlic, drain.
Add the canned veggies and potatoes with
juice.
Boil until hot.
