Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1/2 cup salt
2 cups water with food coloring of your choice
1 tbls cream of tartar
3 tbls oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine all ingrdients.
Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture leaves side of pan.
Turn onto smooth surface.
When cool, knead until smooth.
Do not add more flour.
Store in an air tight container.
