2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. V-8 juice
1 small onion - finely chopped
1 c. oatmeal
Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup
Salt & Pepper
Accent seasoning
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl until well blended. If the mixture is too dry - add more V-8 or Worcestershire sauce. If too wet - add more oatmeal.
Form into a loaf, top with some Worcestershire sauce and bake in an ungreased loaf pan at 375 for approximately an hour.
