2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cups Bakers chocolate
2/3 cups oil
2 cups flour
2 cups lukewarm coffee
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix sugar & eggs in a medium bowl till fluffy. Add vanilla extract.

Make coffee. Add two teaspoons of baking soda to the coffee. This should make coffee foam. Mix the sugar mixture with the coffee mixture alternately with all dry ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan or a 9 x 12" rectangular pan. Bake for 45 minutes until top springs up. Let cool and dust with confectioners sugar or add cool whip or frosting of your choice. Deliciously dark, moist cake.

I had to BEG for this recipe from my friend, Susan. She was gracious enough to give this to me- it is her families secret recipe It is the ONLY chocolate cake I will make now. This is better than any chocolate cake I have ever had. And no, you don't taste the coffee at all.
