1 cup shortening
1 1/4 cup peanut butter (I use crunchy)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
Dash of salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes.

Cream together the shortening, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar. Then add eggs and beat well. Next add flour, soda and vanilla.

I refrigerate my dough overnight before baking.
